24/7 is building India’s first lobby-level pharmacy and wellness network across premium residential communities in Mumbai.
We are looking for qualified pharmacists to join our growing team as we expand across Salsette 27, Lodha Park / Signet and New Cuffe Parade.
This is not a regular chemist counter role. You will be part of a premium residential healthcare network focused on reliable medicine access, prescription support, refill assistance, customer care and doorstep fulfilment.
Role responsibilities:
• Handle prescription verification and medicine dispensing
• Support walk-in and WhatsApp orders
• Assist customers with medicine availability and refill requirements
• Maintain pharmacy compliance and documentation
• Coordinate with riders for doorstep deliveries
• Track stock availability, substitutes and urgent medicine requirements
• Support daily store operations and customer service
• Maintain professional standards with residents, doctors and building teams
Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with valid pharmacy registration
• Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medicines, prescriptions and customer handling
• Comfortable with basic digital systems / WhatsApp orders
• Responsible, punctual and service-oriented
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred
